Moving forward together, one step at a time.

We are 'A New Way Services INC' .

We love bbq dinners, urban graffiti art, icy poles on a hot day, and our blue felted pool table... but most of all, we love the Central Coast, NSW.

Think of us as your local charity (or just a group of people lending a helping hand to our community). We believe that everyone deserves support no matter their background or beliefs.

We spend our time in juvenile justice centres, with our friends in social/community housing, with individuals experiences homelessness in Gosford, in hospitals, in schools, and in our warehouse drop in centre, where we're building a sense of connection on Wednesday nights at our "Sundown Sessions".

If you are looking for a better path forward, or you want to help others find their way... Our charity welcomes you with open arms.

We are motivated by the Christian faith.

"The people here truly embrace you as part of their family, showing genuine warmth and kindness. They are some of the most relatable and humble individuals you'll ever encounter, making you feel completely at home. I truly cherish my time here and always feel uplifted."

There's a Practical Need!

The Central Coast is one of the most beautiful places in the world, but it is also a region that needs support. It is home to the largest Juvenile Justice Centre in NSW and in the community 14% of children live in poverty. Research conducted by Compare the Market also declared the Central Coast as Australia's most anxious city.

There's a Need for Hope!

The sad reality is that 36% of the Central Coast community feel disconnected with their local area. Similarly, according to our analysis only 2.5% of residents regularly attend a traditional church. While church attendance is not an indicator of overall health, it is well below the national average of 7%.

We Can Help!

We are more than just a charity, we are a movement. A New Way can put boots on the ground where support is needed most, and we are inspiring locals to care for their neighbours.

We are a grassroots, locally led organisation. That means our administration costs are significantly lower than larger charities, and we know exactly who is receiving our support because we meet people face to face.

"A New Way have been coming in each week, and their presence has become a highlight for many of the boys.

The sessions are built around creativity, which is essential because our young inmates often struggle to engage with conventional or overly rigid formats.

The team have a natural ability to hold attention, encourage participation, and keep the room on track. Each week we have unpacked something from the gospels, prayed together and opened space for questions. This work is truly invaluable and I can not speak of ANW highly enough."

GATHERING TOGETHER

"This place has meant a lot to me, it's given me a community and a family I've never had. I also found God here, and I didn't really think I would to be honest, because I was mad at Him all my life, but I'm kind of getting along with him now which is really good. I'm praying and I'm not mad anymore. I feel happy and at peace. Thank you all so much for including me, for being there for me and supporting me, it's honestly really really amazing."
